March Book Three Among LA Times Book Prize Nominees

Earlier this month, the Los Angeles TImes Book Prizes were announced, naming 55 total finalists that include some of the most talked about titles of 2016. This years award is unique as the LA Times has announced that the Book Prizes will present an autobiographical prose award for the first time in their history. Dubbed the Chirstopher Isherwood Prize, the award is sponsored by the Isherwood Foundation and named for the British American writer whose semi-autobiographical writings inspired Cabaret

Among the 55 named nominations were five graphic novel titles and five titles for young adult literature:
